This replacement is great. The 4 pieces from original factory are very soft and easier to twisted, but the 4 pieces from STI are more harder. After replaced, you will feel the shifting is more firmed and less vibration.

Lift up the car with 2 jack stands and found a stand to support the gearbox. Using 14mm and 17mm to remove the cross member.
After that, you can replace the 4 pieces from the cross member.
It is high recommended to use impact wrench to loose the 14mm and 17mm bolts.
