Recommended over poly aftermarket options. Will not increase gear whine as much, but you will hear more of it.

Replace the trans mount and rear shifter with the group n versions at the same time. Note the trans comes in two versions, the firmer being the a competition level

Genuine STI Group N competition crossmember bushings. A must have addition to the Group N competition transmission mount (ST410224S040 - Japanparts No: 1005G-019-028). Great for minimizing drivetrain movement/slop during acceleration and improving shifter feel. As always, JapanParts.com always has the best selection, pricing & fast shipping. Highly recommend.
