First, I would like to say the people at japanparts.com are awesome. Ordering from the United States, I had some questions about USDM fitment. They were very quick to reply and answered honestly and directly. They even sent some pictures. They went above and beyond what I normally experience from a retail business. Truly a 5-star experience.
I’ve been looking for side skirts and front lip in the United states for months but, I’m very picky and I like my car to keep a clean stock look. I ordered and returned a few different products before finding these OEM JDM parts (why we don’t have these in the US is a mystery). The quality of the parts is what you would expect from a genuine Subaru part and fitment is perfect!!! If you want a stock+ look with OEM fitment, these are perfect.
Note: These fit my USDM 2013 WRX STI hatchback. (That was my biggest concern before ordering).

Installation was very simple. I even used the directions sent in Japanese and I don’t speak/read Japanese. My only tips/recommendations are to take your time and maybe use a little double-sided tape to keep things in place to mark the holes before drilling. I also removed my rocker panels for the install which I found to make life a little easier.

Awesome addition to the car. Some drilling is required even though it is an OEM STi part.

Drilling required. Recommend to bring it to a Subaru dealership for OEM work or a decent bodyshop for installation

I am happy with the purchase of these side spoilers I purchased from japanparts for my 2013 gr wrx. The product quality is just like the factory body panels and fitment is on point.

The installation was straightforward and followed the included instructions. I simply removed the factory side skirt to make the install easier than to install while on the vehicle. Once you make the front and rear holes, everything else falls in place. It took me about 3 hours since I prepped and clean the side skirts when I removed them off the car to give it a good cleaning. Plus the first one takes time to get it right once you finish one side the second one is a breeze. I am happy with how everything lined up perfectly.
