Have a certified workshop to install the brace for you if you are unable to properly install yourself due to lack of equipment. Took around 20 minutes to complete the installation.

These are add on Braces for the Forester XT.

For installation, it helps to raise the car slightly(wheels are still touching the ground), to get some load off the lower arm, so that the bottom bolt can be removed/installed with a little more ease.
New hardware is supplied, and only the nut from the lower arm is re-used.

The top bolt requires some force to screw into position with the supplied bracket. It gives a very tight lock.

Standard hand tools such as a socket set and ratchet is all that is required.

Installation time is approximately 15-20 mins per side.
