wow sti products are noticeable different with better quality than your cheap ebay items i highly recommend this item, i fitted this to my 2006 wrx super product by STI

- Installation tips
really easy to install just remove the left and right screws to your intercooler and undo your existing air duct hose and reconnect with your brand new STI duct hose 20 minute job and looks super cool

The STi Air Duct Hose fitted nice on my GRB 2009 2.5L STi Hatch 5D.
The fitted nicely on both side the intercooler and the E-throttle body intake.

IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE IN REMOVING THE TOP MOUNT INTERCOOLER BY YOURSELF THEN IT IS AN EASY INSTALLATION, IF YOU HAVE NEVER REMOVED A TOP MOUNT SUBARU INTERCOOLER BEFORE OR HAVE NO EXPERIENCE IN MECHANICAL STUFF, THEN I WOULD ADVISE YOU TO SEEK PROFESSIONAL ASSISTANCE (GARAGE OR A MECHANIC) TO AVOID DAMAGING THE INTERCOOLER FINS AND OTHER SENSITIVE PARTS.

Genuine OEM STI Air Duct Hose (Intercooler -> Throttle Body coupler). Beatiful red coupler with the STI logo. Adds a nice touch to the engine bay and matches the red turbo outlet to intercooler coupler nicely. Should have come this way from the factory. The S-cars (S208, S209, etc.) didn't even receive this from the factory. It's a very nice add-on from STI. As always, JapanParts.com always has the best selection, pricing & fast shipping. Highly recommend.

Best hose to beautify your engine bay. It look like original STI in the sense that your original STI car did not come with this STI hose. More important, this item is cheaper than other aftermarket band.

- Installation tips
First, you need to open the top strut bar for easy to remove the TMIC later.

Then open the 2 bolts at both side of the TMIC and the intercooler mounting near the fuel filter.

Follow by remove the clip at turbo and throttle body hose.

Thereafter you can remove your intercooler and replace your original hose with this STI hose.

After you replace with the STI hose, then follow back the above mentioned step to fit back the TMIC.

You may need about 15 minutes for all the above steps.
