Very nice OEM JDM part. Pretty rare to see in the US. I am actually fitting it with wireless charging to use it as a phone cubby while I am driving. Be sure to add the correct brackets and filler trim when you purchase this. I didn't realize that I would need to extra bits and wound up having to place a second order to get the proper parts I needed for fitment.

- Installation tips
For my purpose, I should have ordered the silver instead of the black. I was going to go all in and purchase the entire Forester STI trim in black, but it got pretty costly. The rest of my dash is plastidipped black. I am concerned about dipping my newly purchase cubby because I ordered the soft touch black. Again, be sure to order the correct installation brackets. The USDM stereo brackets will not work for this part.

Perfect fit for my sg5, i picked the black version for better contrast.

Just remove the existing CD player and slot this assy unit in with ready hole for aircond to bypass. Wont take more than 10min job
