For a 2000 US 2.5 RS, all you need to do is the following:

1. pull off the plastic panel over the e-brake (two screws, in center compartment)

2. move the shifter plastic to the side

3. pull out the ash tray

4. pull the radio-panel trim off (note: wires will be holding onto the cig lighter, so you need to disconnect those as you pull it out

5. Remove the screws from the radio bracket and pull it out

6. Remove the unit that you want replaced by the plastic radio delete panel

7. Screw in panel

8. Profit
