There's no English Instruction But the Photos is sufficient
Installation took around 1hr plus and most time is for modifiaction ò Foam. Torque Value for Mount Nut of Strut is 30 Nm -

Obvious improvement in handling especially during sharp cornerning. Improved braking feel. Reduced noise of road imperfections in the cabin.

Simple installation as per described in the installation guide. Nuts to be torqued to the car body as per manufacturer's guide (30 Nm). Need to measure the required amount of plastic foam before trimming.

Awesome product that fit nicely in my Forester XT 2015

- Installation tips
Use a marker to mark first where you want to cut the foam. And I use the garden knife to cut which would work fine. Cut little by little so not invasive. I made a mistake to cut a little more than it needed.
