I bought this out of curiosity! It's actually a case for your keyfob case. It has double-sided tape on the inside that sticks to your key.
This is listed for Prius, but I have a 2016 "keyless" keyfob for my FR-S 2.0, and it is the same shaped key. Unfortunately, the front side of this case only has holes for "lock/unlock", and my keyfob also has "trunk" and "panic" buttons that there are no cutouts for.
I might still use the back portion! -
