Restriction on Deleting the Personal Information of the User:
The personal information of the user is deleted six months (nine months in the case of sea freight) after the date of the last shipment from us if transaction including payment and reception of goods has been completed without an issue. In cases the user is in dispute with us, the personal information of the user is deleted six months after the dispute is settled.
Note: When your information is deleted,
Discount points for account holding user will be disappeared. My Page for account holding user will be disappeared. Wholesaler user will lose the qualification.
